  In terms of wages as a flexijob employee, there is a minimum flex wage only in the hospitality industry. This was raised to EUR 12.53/hour in 2025. In the other sectors, the basic amount is the legal minimum wage of the sector in which the flexi-job is exercised. In addition, there is also a maximum flexi wage; this amounts to 150% of the minimum wage (allowances, premiums and benefits). Specifically, this amounts to a maximum of 21 euros per hour.
