Crelem Bakeries is a large, family-run artisan bakery with three sites in Belgium. Production runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To quickly find bakery staff during absences or seasonal peaks, the bakery works with TRIXXO Jobs. A dedicated TRIXXO team is on the shop floor every day and knows the organisation inside out. Staffing needs can change quickly, due to absences or busy seasonal periods. This applies to two departments:
- The bakery department
- The packaging department
