Why choose TRIXXO Jobs?

Thanks to our no cure, no pay principle, you only pay for the days actually worked by the candidate we selected or by your payroll employee.
Flexible contracts, ideal for trying out new employees and offering them a permanent contract over time.
Less payroll administration: we take the administrative burden off your hands.
An office near you. You work with a consultant who knows your region and your business.

How does temporary work work?

A temporary worker has a contract with TRIXXO Jobs but works at your company. We are the legal employer. You are responsible for the workplace, safety and day-to-day supervision.

How a request works:

Submit your request: the profile, the hours and the start date.
We select: your local office screens candidates and puts forward the best ones.
The temporary worker starts: we take care of the contract, the Dimona declaration and the pay.
You receive an invoice for the hours worked, at the agreed coefficient.
