  1. Classic asparagus à la flamande: Peel the white asparagus thoroughly and cook them al dente (approx. 5-8 min). Serve with crushed hard-boiled eggs, melted butter and plenty of fresh parsley.
  2. Warm salad with young carrots & feta: Roast the carrots (with foliage) for 20 min in the oven with olive oil and honey. Mix with cubed feta, rocket and a simple yoghurt dressing.
  3. Romish spring soup of peas & mint: Stew an onion, add frozen peas and stock. Simmer for 10 min, add fresh mint and blend to a smooth soup.
  4. Pasta primavera: Cook your favourite pasta. Meanwhile, briefly stew asparagus tips, peas and courgettes in garlic oil. Mix everything with some cooking water and parmesan.
  5. Fresh quiche with spinach & ricotta: Line a baking tin with puff pastry. Mix 3 eggs with 250g ricotta and stewed spinach. Bake for 35 min at 180°C.
  6. Risotto with lemon and scampi: Bake the scampi separately. Make a classic risotto with shallot and stock, stirring in lemon zest and a knob of butter at the end.
  7. Radish salad with apple and walnut: Cut the radishes and apple into wafer-thin slices. Mix with a lemon and honey vinaigrette, and finish with toasted walnuts.
  8. Stuffed tomato with grey shrimps: Hollow out the tomatoes. Mix grey shrimps with a dab of mayonnaise, pepper and lemon juice. Stuff the tomatoes and serve with a fresh salad.
  9. Salad with grilled chicken and strawberries: Grill the chicken strips. Mix with mixed lettuce, fresh strawberries, pine nuts and balsamic syrup.
  10. Salad with fresh herbs: Cook the baby potatoes in their skins. Drain and immediately mix with salted butter, chives and dill while still warm.
