Philippe, you have a unique background. How did you end up at TRIXXO?
"Right! I gained years of experience cleaning operating theatres in a large hospital. There I learned all about total aseptisation and high-precision cleaning. As that sector is often very hierarchical, I was looking for a new challenge where I could really make a difference. TRIXXO offered me the chance to work full time with private individuals, and I really like it."
You wrote a full manual for new domestic helpers. Why did you feel that was necessary?
"Often people start without specific training. Cleaning in people's homes is very intimate; you literally step into their lives. I wanted to offer new colleagues a framework that would give them peace of mind and confidence. My guide includes sheets for each room, tips on ergonomics, safety and how to communicate professionally with clients."
What do you hope to achieve with this?
"I want my colleagues to be proud of their work. It is a wonderful, human profession. My dream is to end my career at TRIXXO as a coach for the new generation. Helping young forces grow and teaching them the tricks of the trade would be the ultimate crowning achievement for me. At TRIXXO, I feel that every employee counts, and I want to pass that on."
What is your golden tip for those just starting out?
"Be proud of what you do and dare to highlight your work. A clean house creates peace in the client's mind. That is a valuable gift!"
