Which changes apply to users in Brussels in 2026?
From 1 January 2026, the price of a service voucher in Brussels is:
- €11.40 for the first 300 service vouchers per person per year.
- €14 for service vouchers from the 301st to the 500th inclusive, per person per year.
For a family, the annual limit is higher, as both partners can order service vouchers in their own names. Together, they can therefore purchase up to 1,000 service vouchers per calendar year, with the first 600 at 11.40 euros and the next 400 at 14 euros.
Is there still a tax benefit in Brussels?
No. Since 1 January 2026, the tax benefit associated with service vouchers has been abolished in the Brussels-Capital Region. This means that service vouchers you purchase from 2026 onwards no longer entitle you to a tax reduction.
Please note: for service vouchers you purchased in 2025, the tax benefit still applies. The tax certificate you receive in 2026 therefore relates to your purchases made in 2025.
