It's official: XLG Home joins the TRIXXO family

After announcing our acquisition plans, the Belgian Competition Authority has now given its final approval. This is a major milestone — and the starting signal for a new phase in our growth. With the integration of XLG Home, we welcome 4,000 housekeepers and their office teams into the TRIXXO family. Our total workforce grows from 11,000 to 15,000 employees, representing approximately one tenth of the entire Belgian market.

A stronger presence in Wallonia and Brussels
Today, 22% of our staff works in Wallonia and 6% in Brussels. With XLG Home's 20 additional offices, we instantly double our footprint in the south of the country and in the capital. That's more than a number — it means we can support more people up close, in areas where we were previously less present.
The sector faces structural challenges: rising costs, increasing regulatory requirements, and declining usage in some regions. That is precisely why we are choosing to scale up — so that we can remain a stable employer tomorrow for everyone who works in a family's home each day.
What does this mean for XLG Home employees?
Our new colleagues have nothing to worry about. All contracts, salaries, and employment conditions are taken over unchanged. What does change: they gain access to TRIXXO's wider network and the community initiatives that define us as a company.
