How do I log in to the app?
You log in with the login details you received via email from TRIXXO for your online portal. If you experience problems, please contact your local office.
Can I use the app if I am not a Trixxo Home client or domestic helper?
The Trixxo app is exclusively designed for our clients and employees. You need an account to access the functionalities. So, join Trixxo quickly.

Can I change my schedule via the app?
The app shows your current schedule. For changes, we recommend you contact your TRIXXO office via the chat function in the app or by phone. They will be happy to help you. You can, however, cancel your domestic helper via the app.
Can I order service vouchers via the app?
No, the app gives you an overview of your outstanding vouchers. For ordering new service vouchers, we refer you to the official government channels (e.g., Pluxee) or you can contact your TRIXXO office for advice.

Can I adjust my schedule via the app?
The app shows your current schedule and makes it easy to request leave. For structural changes to your schedule, you can contact your TRIXXO office via chat, phone, or email.
Where can I find my payslips in the app?
Your payslips are not in the app, but you can consult them via Doccle.
How do I request leave via the app?
Go to your Profile and click on "Leave" in that section within the app, fill in the desired period, and send your request. You can track the status of your request in the app.
Is the chat function in the app secure?
Yes, the chat function is a secure way to communicate with your clients and the TRIXXO office. For example, when you chat with your client, it is confidential, and the office cannot read along.
