Do you work as a housekeeper with TRIXXO Service Vouchers? Then you can lease an electric bike for €85 a month or an electric scooter for €99 a month through us. Insurance, maintenance and breakdown assistance are included. You keep your meal vouchers and all your other benefits. Your local office handles the application.

How does leasing an electric bike or scooter through your employer work?

You arrange everything through your own TRIXXO office. Your consultant gives you all the information and helps you get started.

  1. Contact your office or your consultant.
  2. You receive the terms and conditions and the contract.
  3. You collect your bike from a bike shop near you.
  4. You pay a fixed amount every month: for 3 years for the bike, or 4 years for the scooter.
  5. At the end of the term, the bike or scooter is yours. For the bike, there is still a residual payment to make.

Do you keep your meal vouchers and travel allowance?

Yes. Leasing a bike or scooter doesn't change any of your other benefits. You'll keep receiving your meal vouchers and your commuting allowance.

Bike or scooter: which suits you best?

The bike costs you less each month, and you can have it repaired at a bike shop round the corner. At the end of the term, though, there is still a residual payment to make.

The scooter costs a little more each month and the term runs a year longer. In return, there is no residual payment. You also get a replacement vehicle while your scooter is being repaired, so you never have to miss a client.
