You pay with service vouchers, one voucher per hour. You can easily combine it with cleaning or ironing during the same visit.

Can you combine grocery shopping and cleaning?

Yes. Your housekeeper can clean, iron, cook and do your shopping. You agree with your local office on how to divide the hours. That way you have a clean house and a full fridge, with one regular contact person. A visit is at least 4 hours every two weeks.

What tasks can service vouchers be used for?

Your housekeeper can take over the following everyday household tasks:

cleaning your home
cleaning the pavement in front of your door and your terrace
cleaning windows, inside and outside (as long as no ladder higher than 3 steps is needed)
washing and ironing
making beds and changing the sheets
doing small grocery runs
cooking or preparing meals

How long do you have to wait for a housekeeper?

The waiting time for a housekeeper with service vouchers depends on your region and on the number of housekeepers available in your area. In some regions, your housekeeper can start quickly, while in others it takes longer.
