Payment is made via service vouchers. This is possible with both paper and electronic service vouchers. As a private individual, you can purchase service vouchers for 9 euros per voucher in Flanders and for 10 euros in Brussels (our ironing workshops operate in Flanders & Brussels). Service vouchers are tax deductible. This means that after tax deduction you pay:
- In Flanders: Only 7.20 euros for one hour of help in the household. This is because you will receive an annual tax reduction of 1.80 euros per voucher for the first 167 purchased service vouchers per person.
- In Brussels: Only 8.50 euros for one hour of help in the household. This is because you will receive an annual tax reduction of 1.50 euros per voucher for the first 163 purchased service vouchers per person.
One hour of ironing assistance is generally equivalent to one service voucher. You can find the rates
in our ironing workshops. An administrative fee of 2,50 euros is charged per service voucher. This is
subject to a minimum of 15 euros per semester. This cost is paid in
addition to cover all other costs outside the personnel costs and is invoiced semi-annually. This
includes the costs of electricity, water, purchase and maintenance of materials, prevention
measures, training, support, etc.
