Referral bonus for housekeepers

Help us grow:

200 euros for every new housekeeper:

  • The referral bonus amounts to €200.00 gross and is paid via the monthly salary payment.
  • The bonus is granted to the housekeeper who refers a new domestic helper to TRIXXO Service Vouchers.
  • The referred  housekeeper must work at least 150 effective hours for TRIXXO Service Vouchers within a period of 6 months.
  • The referring housekeeper must still be employed at the time the referred domestic helper has completed 150 hours within a period of 6 months.
  • The bonus is granted only after all of the above conditions have been cumulatively met.

      100 euros for every new client:

      • The referral bonus amounts to €100.00 gross and is paid via the monthly salary payment.
      • The bonus is granted to the domestic helper who refers a new client to TRIXXO Service Vouchers.
      • The newly referred client must receive at least 50 hours of services via TRIXXO Service Vouchers within a period of 8 months.
      • The referring domestic helper must still be employed at the time the new client has received 50 hours of services within a period of 8 months.
      • The bonus is granted only after all of the above conditions have been cumulatively met.

      Special Valentine's Day offer:

      Anyone who brings in new candidate clients in February will be extra pampered by us.

      • Our normal referral bonus of €100 per new client who has effectively started remains valid during this promotion. 
      • The extra prize in February: The colleague who brings in the most candidate clients in February will receive a fancy dinner for two on top of any referral bonuses! 

        Conditions:

          Participation in this promotion is only open to housekeepers who are active with TRIXXO or Home Maid.

          1. The candidate client must be submitted to the office between 1/02/2026 and 28/02/2026. Submission is only possible in writing via WhatsApp, the TRIXXO app, or by email.
          2. A correctly referred candidate client means that at least a name, phone number and/or email address must be provided.
          3. One dinner will be awarded to the TRIXXO or Home Maid housekeeper who refers the highest number of candidate clients during the period mentioned above.
          4. The dinner is offered in the form of a voucher worth €200 and cannot be exchanged for cash.
          5. A client can only be assigned a referral bonus once. In case multiple housekeepers submit the same client, the bonus will be awarded to the housekeeper who submitted the client first.
          6. In the event of a tie, the voucher will be awarded to the housekeeper whose highest number of candidate clients have effectively started.
          7. Candidate clients who were referred previously are not included in this promotion.
          8. The housekeeper with the highest number of referred candidate clients will be informed by email during the week of 2 March 2026.
