Housekeeping, how does it work?

Cleaning, cooking, ironing or shopping, it's all possible. This way you can come home to a gleaming house after a busy day. Our service works via service vouchers, which makes it nice and affordable. Handy, right?

In exchange for one service voucher you can pay for one hour of housekeeping. The cost of service vouchers is regulated differently by the government in each region: Flanders, Brussels, and Wallonia. Here you can find all the information about the cost of service vouchers.

      • You can order service vouchers via:

        This therefore depends on the region in which you live.

        Once you have received your user number, you can order service checks. Very important: in the structured communication box of your bank transfer, you must mention your user number.

        Pluxee (Sodexo) and TRIXXO Service Vouchers are two different companies. Pluxee (Sodexo) only deals with the delivery of service vouchers, while TRIXXO manages the contract and the planning of the housekeepers.

      • A household can order up to 1,000 service vouchers per year, which comes down to an average of 19 hours of help per week.

        • Single-parent families or people with a disability may order up to 2,000 service vouchers.

        A minimum of 4 hours of housekeeping every two weeks is required. This means your housekeeper will come at least once every two weeks for 4 hours.

        Most clients choose 4 hours per week, depending on the size of the home and the tasks involved. Together with your office, you decide what works best. The schedule can always be reviewed and adjusted later on.

      • You can simply pay for all our services with service vouchers. This also applies to our ironing workshops. In exchange for one service voucher you can pay for one hour of housekeeping. Housekeeping includes all everyday household tasks, such as cleaning, but also washing and ironing, cooking and shopping.

        • Cleaning the house
        • Cleaning in front of the door and the terrace of the house
        • Cleaning windows, inside and outside (without using a ladder higher than 3 steps)
        • Washing and ironing
        • Making beds and changing sheets
        • Doing small grocery shopping
        • Preparing or cooking meals
