Refer someone and stand a chance to win an all-inclusive trip with your whole family!

Article 1 – Organiser

This competition is organised by:

• Hereinafter referred to as "the Organiser".

Article 2 – Campaign period

The campaign runs from 10 October 2026 up to and including 17 October 2026, until 11:59 pm Belgian time. Entries received after this time will not be taken into account. The winner will be drawn after 1 April 2027 and announced no later than 30 April 2027.

Article 3 – Conditions of participation

Participation is exclusively reserved for persons who meet all of the following conditions at the time of participation:

• Be at least 18 years old;
• Live in Belgium;
• Accept these rules unconditionally.

Participation is not limited to temporary workers of TRIXXO Jobs.

The following are excluded from participation:

• Persons who have gained an unfair advantage through fraud or abuse.
• Persons who refer themselves.

Article 4 – How to participate

To participate validly, the participant must:

• Fill in the online referral form completely and correctly before the end of the campaign period, with their own details and those of the referred person;
• Refer a person who, at the time of referral, has not worked as a temporary worker through TRIXXO Jobs in the past 12 months.

A referral is only valid if the referred temporary worker works at least 500 hours through TRIXXO Jobs between 10 October 2026 and 31 March 2027.

Each valid referral gives one chance in the draw. A participant may refer more than one person. If the same person is referred by more than one participant, only the first complete registration counts.

By participating, the participant guarantees that the referred person is aware of the referral and has given permission for their contact details to be passed on to the Organiser.

Article 5 – Verification and draw

At the end of the reference period, as of 1 April 2027, the Organiser will check which referrals meet all conditions. One (1) winner will then be drawn from the valid referrals.

The draw takes place under the supervision of at least two employees of the Organiser. The result is final and cannot be disputed. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the result.

Article 6 – Prize

One (1) prize will be awarded: a 7-day all-inclusive dream trip for the winner and their family.

The prize is:

• Not exchangeable for cash or other goods;
• Not transferable to third parties;
• Not combinable with other campaigns of the Organiser.

The Organiser reserves the right to replace the prize with a prize of equivalent value if the stated prize is not available, without the winner being entitled to make any claim. The prize will be delivered to the address of the TRIXXO Jobs office to which the temporary worker is attached.

Article 7 – Announcement and contact

The winner will be contacted directly no later than 31 April 2027 using the contact details provided in the referral form. With the winner's consent, the Organiser may announce the winner's name on its social media (@TRIXXOJobs).

If the winner cannot be reached within 14 calendar days of the first contact attempt, or does not wish to accept the prize, they will lose their right to the prize. In that case, a new winner will be drawn from the remaining valid referrals.

Article 8 – Processing of personal data (GDPR)

The Organiser processes the personal data of participants and referred persons (name, contact details) solely for the following purposes:

• Organising and following up the campaign, including verifying the hours worked by the referred temporary worker;
• Contacting the referred person regarding possible employment through TRIXXO Jobs;
• Contacting the winner and delivering the prize.

The legal basis for processing is the performance of the participation agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for marketing use, the consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Participants and referred persons have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of and transfer their data. Requests can be sent to: privacy@trixxo.be. For more information, the Organiser refers to the full privacy statement at: www.trixxo.be/nl/jobs/privacyverklaring.

Article 9 – Liability

The Organiser cannot be held liable for

• Technical failures, interruptions or delays when filling in or submitting the online form;
• Loss or late arrival of registrations due to technical problems;
• Damage resulting from the acceptance or use of the prize;
• Errors or inaccuracies in information provided by participants.

In any case, the Organiser's liability is limited to the value of the prize.

Article 10 – Amendment and early termination

The Organiser reserves the right to amend these rules or end the campaign early in case of force majeure, abuse, fraud or technical reasons that jeopardise the fair running of the campaign. In that case, no compensation can be claimed.
