Project Leader / Project Manager in construction
What do you do as a Project Manager in the construction industry?
As a project leader or project manager, you are the architect of execution. You are responsible for the success of your projects from start to finish. You coordinate teams, manage budgets and schedules, and are the central link between all parties involved. Whether it is a complex construction project or an engineering installation in industry, your leadership, organisational skills and expertise will ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Your duties as Project Manager
- Preparing, planning and following up projects from A to Z.
- Manage your own teams and subcontractors based on technical plans.
- Providing quality control and monitoring deadlines and budgets.
- Managing the project administration (quotations, invoicing, etc.).
- Ensure safety and coordination on site or in the factory.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams on progress.
Your profile as a project manager
Are you an experienced professional with a hands-on mentality and strong leadership qualities?
- You have a higher engineering or construction degree or are equivalent through experience.
- You have proven experience in leading projects in construction or industry.
- You are communicatively strong and have a hands-on mentality.
- You are proactive, analytical and solution-oriented.
- Knowledge of relevant software (e.g. Inventor, MS Office) is a plus.
