What does a job as a Joiner entail?
As a joiner or furniture maker, you are a true craftsman with a passion for wood. You will create and craft wooden structures, from furniture and interior elements to windows and doors. Your work is diverse and varied. You work both in a professionally equipped workshop and on site at the customer's premises. With precision and an eye for detail, you will contribute to both new projects and the restoration of existing craftsmanship.
Your duties as a Woodworker and Furniture Maker
- Make and install interior elements such as cabinets, stairs, doors and furniture.
- Working with different types of wood and sheet materials.
- Repairing and restoring wooden structures.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans.
- Finishing your work with an eye for the smallest details.
- Ensure a safe working environment.
Your profile as a Joiner
Are you a passionate craftsman with a love for the craft?
- You have a solid education in joiner, woodworking or carpenter, or are equivalent through experience.
- You have a thorough knowledge of materials and technical insight.
- You work both independently and as part of a team.
- You are accurate, responsible and solution-oriented.
- A valid B driving licence is a plus.
