As a salesperson, commercial clerk or inside sales employee, you are the commercial face of the organisation. You have a passion for customers and products and use it to achieve sales targets. Your duties as a Commercial Clerk or Sales Assistant
- Proactively approach, advise and assist customers with their purchases.
- You will assist in managing stock and restocking shelves.
- You process sales orders and manage administration.
- You resolve customer queries and problems and ensure a positive experience.
- You contribute to the orderliness and cleanliness of the shop or showroom.
- You collaborate with your team to achieve collective sales goals.
Your profile as a salesperson and shop assistant
Are you commercially minded, communicative and customer-oriented?
- You preferably have experience in selling (retail, wholesale, B2B) or a strong affinity with the sector.
- You have strong communication and social skills.
- You are proactive, independent and have a commercial mindset.
- You are flexible and willing to work on Saturdays.
- Knowledge of computer systems (such as SAP) is a plus.
